The meatloaf was a bit dry but not bad. Nice complex flavor from the smoke and cook very well.
Remember whenever cutting wood of any kind with any implement do not become complacent. This little slip could have cost me several hundred dollars if the blade had been traveling in any other direction except perpendicular to my leg.
