One More Door

  1. Nathan says that you are awesome. Thanks for letting us enjoy a little of your day. I too, the mother and nurse, was worried that you would drop the saw on the exposed toes. We laughed when you cut the hose, isn't that what happened? Anyway it was a good chuckle, once again enjoying your blog the best way I know how. With a little boy by my side.

  2. Yes the hose got a nick in it which when using a diamond blade it not very easily accomplished on softer materials. The whole door project really gave me great satisfaction. I knew what it would take to accomplish the task. I factored in what might go wrong and how to fix any eventuality (not including nicking the hose of course). I set to work and accomplished everything according to plan.

It will not be long before the little boy you speak of will develop the same reasoning skills based on past failures and successes and will be counted as a competent citizen and all around man of action. There is nothing we can do outside of God’s wisdom. Even the most godless of men no matter how wicked his goal is only a success because he works within a strict set of timeless principles ordained by the creator of everything.

God allows us to run wild when we foolishly choose to do so but everything in the cosmos by it's God given nature presses and strains against such a course revealing to anyone with the eyes to see that God is Love.

    Psalm 37
21 The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth. 22 For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off. 23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. 24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand. 25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. 26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed. 27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore. 28 For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. 29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever. 30 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. 31 The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
