Mareli Sanchez & Julian Clawson Wedding!

Someone whom I have known for but a few month just entered into marriage. He goes by the name Julian and he is a co-worker. It did not take long for me to discover he has an abiding love for his Creator and Redeemer Jesus and I have been inspired by his humble faith and his growing love for everyone around him! 

There is a freedom in Christ that changes a man so much that the evidence is understood without even words or deeds. It is an atmosphere of love that is beyond the control of the one who experiences it. It is the power of the Holy Spirit through our weakness to bring life to us and those around us. It is God in us!

It is not what a man does that is of final importance, but what he is in what he does. The atmosphere produced by a man, much more than his activities, has the lasting influence.

Thank you Julian for bringing me into your life beyond our employment. You and Mareli have been an example of Christ love and your wedding ceremony was a picture of God's healing work in our broken lives. Trust and obey God has wonderful things in store!

Hayley Kirkland Marries Kyle Adkins

For the body time moves on and the rhythm of life repeats. You have to live a few decades to fully grasp what it is to be in the body and the balance that must be maintained with the eternal spirit. This is only fully possible with the knowledge and practice of God’s Words to us and the help of the Holy Spirit within us.

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20

There is no clearer picture of this than our Heavenly Father’s plan for man and woman in marriage. I am happy and privilege to have been witness to the marriage of someone who will always remain in part for my mind a little girl. One of three sisters who in this life I had the joy of spending many happy times with in their innocent childhood years.

May Hayley and Kyle discover you more and more day by day as they live for each other just as Jesus lives for us. Hayley, Karlee and Jenna I am one who will always love you, I have seen you with light in your eyes.

The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. If you going to be married, if your going to have children, while have your current body is the time to do it. When we are truly alive there will be no need for these blessed institutions. When He has made everything new, we will all be His bride and His beloved children.

I was enlisted to assist Stephen DeVries in photographing a friend’s wedding. The cozy home above was the location of this blessed event. This little home is the foundation for Charlotte and Wesly Dillion’s new life together and was the perfect place to hold the celebration!

Right after we arrived Mr. DeVries got right to work with me in tow. He shoots film and I learned a lot about loading his medium format cameras as the events unfolded.

Wes and Charlotte have 7 acres which afforded them loads of room for the ceremony and reception.

It was not long before everyone was in place and the bride was ready

Harry Vanderburg marries Stacy Bennett

Blue skies and brisk cool breezes in St. Pete for Stacy and Harry’s wedding celebration. I have know Stacy Bennett and Harry Vanderburg from church for a long time and it has been an inspiration to watch them grow together in love for each other. There are plenty of weddings but few true blue Christ centered marriages. This is as true blue as I have witnessed!

It was great to see our old friend and pastor JJ Johnson officiating the ceremony. His words about both Stacy and Harry being true servants to the Lord were right on.

 

It was a delight to be at the reception as well. Stacy had everything so well planned for all the guests. The food was spectacular. It was catered by Chives and was so tasty and in such variety I had to mention them. Thank you Stacy and Harry for being a shining example to us all!

Tanya & Scott Amity Wedding Celebration

Yeah, yeah, I know they have been married and have a sweet little girl but that is all the more to celebrate. I had a really enjoyable time of fellowship with everyone as we slowly floated along on the Star Lite Majesty.
