I decided to do something a little different while I am on a bread baking frenzy. I used the white bread recipe that came with the bread machine to assemble a raisin loaf.
Needs more raisins mix during the kneading process and more cinnamon during the rolling step. It is plenty tasty though! I want to try a garlic herb loaf next.
