I made pizza this afternoon for lunch! I used mom's tomato sauce which cannot be beat. I put the sauce on the crust and pop it in the oven for a few minutes. I take it back out and pu on the chesse then back in the oven for five minutes. I take it back out and put on mushrooms and banana peppers and then it goes back in for five more. Last I put on the pepperoni and put it back in for five more minutes on broil!
Even when you think you have enough pepperoni put more. I watched as the pepperoni shrunk in the heat of the oven and this misscalculation was my on ly dissappointment of the whole proccess! The pizza was delicious!
No fair...being lactose sensitive stinks.
