Merry Mary

Picture a little girl. The best way I can describe her is the word briquette. This girl is sturdy, robust even. She is a smiling lovable chunk of affection. She is exuberant and enthusiastic about everything. When she saw me this evening I heard her voice above the chatter. “Mr. Billy we are eating dinner, we are having pizza.” One of her special ways of communicating is to describe what she is obviously doing. At first you may think this is trite but at her age it shows a great concern for the people around her. People who desire to bring you into their present experience are people who care deeply about fellowship. People who are willing to include you in their lives as more than just a spectator are folks who know and give love. Later I was able to capture this audio clip of her. She has a distinctive voice and I could listen to her say just about anything and be entertained just by how she says it.
