A friend recently showed up with pork chops for me to cook up and they were amazing!
I grilled them on my Lodge Logic Grill. I was told only 5 minutes for each side as these chops were smoked!
They cooked up very well and had a bacon like flavor I have never tasted in a pork chop! I hand it to Jones Country Meats Inc. of Climax Georgia for producing a most excellent product!
