I work for food on occasion and today the food was at a new place.
Holy Hog Barbecue Tampa. My friend had dined there the day before and described to me a menu item called burnt tips.
The place is not big but very well laid out and very attractively styled. It was nice to be there. I ordered the burnt tip dinner which came with two sides. I chose cole slaw and macaroni and cheese. Feast your eyes!
It was very good!
