Went to the Hope Children’s Home this morning with South Tampa Fellowship’s AWANA kids. What an inspirational place!
I have been there a few times over the years and I hardly recognized the place! It is privately funded which means the they do not have the burden cumbersome regulation that government institutions have and as a result can run very efficiently. The facilities are worthy of the beloved children who benefit from the obedience of God’s faithful.
There are two dorms one for the boys and one for the girls.
There are addition buildings under construction!
We toured the campus and then had fun in the gymnasium playing games with the residence!
We then ate a meal together.
This funny little fellow asked me to sit with him. I was honored. Thank you to the Children’s home for being a great place to serve our savior!
