My friend Scott is involved with the 912 organization which I to believe is a great movement. Recently he ran across a facebook group with about 150 members and and an absentee administrator. He decided it would be reasonable to offer taking over the group for the current administrator if the individual had lost interest or was just agreeable to the idea of letting it serve the purpose it was seemingly created for. I did not go well
