The God of all Comfort

Be angry but do not sin. You know what you want to do, but do you know what is right? You only need to look to Jesus to know what is right and find the strength to do it. It is not your sin which has caused you this desperation, pain and sadness. You have been introduced to harsh realities of a grown up world through the sin of those you must rely upon the most. This puts you in grave danger of a sin so blinding and stealthy some live with it until the day they die.

It will be your child like faith that will protect you if you are willing to exercise it. You can now, at your tender age, see a truth so liberating that it will forever change you, and the wisdom you will gain can prevent you from repeating the destructive behavior of those meant to show you the way.

This is the truth, unless you hate your mother and father you cannot be a disciple of Christ and if you are not a disciple of Christ you cannot truly love your mother and father. You are a wise child and it is this wisdom that causes you to experience such acute suffering in your current circumstance. It is a paradox as with most things of the kingdom of God that this same wisdom is your salvation. Remember Jesus is in the boat with you and means for you to be at peace while the storm rages on.

I have loved you from the time I met you when you were only a tiny baby. I have no illusions as to what encouragement I can be, as I have written previously it is only in Jesus the one who is always with you and whose power to protect you in incomparable to any mere man. I can only tell you that I love you and will do what I can to encourage you, protect you and talk with Jesus about you.

The truth of the matter is my only real ability is to cry with you. My desire is to be a light in your life reflecting the mystery of God’s Love. The same love that sees your plight, and allows you to bear it, and even grow stronger from it while giving you the strength to one day break it’s hold completely. ELOHIM preserve this child and bring glory to your self with the choices this little one makes to trust you in this circumstance.

Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
(2Co 1:2-6)
