My first thought when releasing this snake into the front yard was that it would be nice if there were more around to keep them multiplying. Amazingly I discovered that they are able to reproduce themselves all on their own because they are all females and are what is called parthenogenetic. So if it manages to survive on ants, termite larva and other tiny meals there should be more on the way.
