Robins in the Mist

8:30 Saturday morning with heavy fog gathered everywhere. The fog is thick enough to feel its tiny droplets as they gently fall against your skin and quickly evaporate when exposed to the warmth of your skin.

This is more than the typical fog. Moving deep within the mists are numerous Robins. Visible on the fringes they are hopping, flitting, and rummaging about the ground with impunity. You can sense their excitement. They are bold in the knowledge that with a few strokes from their wings they quickly disappear from site.
