After waiting 2 hours to see Alton Brown we were turned away and told to come back at 8pm...so we did. If you haven't had the chance to see his show "Good Eats" on the Food Network you really should, in my opinion (and I know a lot about food) it's the best cooking show on TV. M-F at 7pm on Food Network (channel 56 for Tampa Bright house).
